Before we set your appointment, we will need to have a brief phone consultation.  The consultation is free and generally lasts anywhere between 10 to 15 minutes. During our consultation, we will discuss the main areas that you want to focus on in your therapy sessions and make sure that my services are the best fit for your needs. You will have a chance to ask any questions or address any concerns you may have before we set your appointment time.

Please be aware that the office phone number is not compatible with text. Email is the preferred form of contact. The therapist will respond to all consultation requests by email, and a scheduled consultation appointment time is needed in order to receive a consultation call.

Basic Practice Policies:

Session fee: Sessions are $100 per 50-minute session. However, a sliding scale fee as low as $65 is available for individual sessions.

Card policy: A debit or credit card is required to be kept on file to cover due balances.

Cancellation policy: I do request  24-hour advance notice for cancellations. There is a $35 cancellation fee for any session canceled with less than 24 hours notice.

Office hours: Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday: 11 am- 7 pm

Thursday, Friday: 8 am- 3 pm
